Woman dies after late-night shooting in Prince George’s County

A woman died after being found shot late Saturday night in Prince George’s County, police said. Prince George’s County police said officers responded around 11:05 p.m. to the area for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a woman suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. She was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead a short time later. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
