Driver shot during alleged road rage incident on Baltimore-Washington Parkway

A driver was hospitalized Wednesday morning after an alleged road rage shooting on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway. Maryland State Police say the shooting happened on northbound I‑295 near the Route 175 exit in the Jessup area. The male driver was taken to a local trauma center, where he is being treated for his injuries, according to police. Northbound I‑295 near Route 175 remains shut down as the investigation continues.
