  "textContent": "Winter Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Warnings are in effect Sunday across the Washington, D.C., region as another round of snow moves in.\n\nFOX 5’s Cesar Cornejo says the storm arrives with rain Sunday morning, but colder air gets pulled in during the afternoon. High near 38 degrees.\n\n**12 PM:** Snow and Rain, 38 degrees.\n\n**5 PM:** Rain and snow, becoming all snow after 8pm. Low around 32 degrees.\n\n**MONDAY**\n\n**7 AM:** Snow likely, mainly before 7am. Cloudy, with a high near 39 degrees.\n\nSnow is expected to start heavy and wet before becoming lighter overnight. Central Maryland and northern Virginia are generally in the 3 to 6 inch range, with higher totals possible farther east.\n\nGusty winds Sunday into Monday could also create blowing snow and travel issues with wind advisories possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes\n\n\n\n## WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect until 10am Monday (purple zone)\n\n  * **Snow possible:** 2–4+ inches\n  * **Wind gusts:** Up to 35 mph\n  * **Where** : Washington DC, and portions of central and southern Maryland, and northern Virginia.\n  * **Impacts** : Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.\n\n\n\n## BLIZZARD WARNING is in effect until 6pm Monday (red zone)\n\n  * **Heavy snow:** 12–20+ inches\n  * **Wind gusts:** Up to 45 mph\n  * **Where** : In Delaware, Kent and New Castle Counties.
