She is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She was last seen carrying a black-and-red Pikachu backpack and possibly wearing a black jacket.\n\nThe area Jones was last seen\n\nJones does not have a phone and is not familiar with public transportation, according to the sheriff's office.
