Barriers at Fern Hill Road are up, blocking the road as floodwaters encroach the roadway. As of early Friday morning, March 13, traffic cameras show the barriers in place on Fern Hill Road between Taylor Way and Geiger Road, blocking access to a popular route for Forest Grove commuters trying to get to the east side of the county. Two gates—one at Taylor Way and one at Geiger Road—on Fern Hill Road are typically shut by county crews as water floods the roadway.
