  "textContent": "Several power outages have left rural residents in Gales Creek and around Banks without power as ice and snow continue to impact the region.\n\nMore than 300 Gales Creek and Dilley area residents lost power Wednesday night. While many were restored, dozens remained without power Thursday morning.\n\nDozens more were without power in the Mountaindale region, Buxton and west of Banks.\n\nPortland General Electric said ice and snow were to blame for the outages.
