Jade Dumpling And Noodle Bringing Authentic Chinese Cuisine

JACKSONVILLE, FL — Jade Dumpling And Noodle is targeting an Aug. 5th opening at 11018 Old St Augustine Road, Suite 105, Jacksonville, FL 32257, owner Chang Zou told Business Debut.

Zou, who also owns Fancy Sushi in Jacksonville, said the new restaurant will focus on fresh noodles, handmade dumplings, boba tea, and traditional Asian dishes.

What to Expect

Jade Dumpling And Noodle will be a full-service restaurant with about 90 indoor seats and a classic, modern design, Zou told Business Debut. The restaurant will feature a visible preparation area where guests can watch the team hand-make dumplings and noodles as part of the dining experience.

Menu and Vision

Jade Dumpling And Noodle will focus on handmade dumplings, fresh noodles made daily, boba tea and traditional Asian dishes, Zou told Business Debut. The restaurant will feature a visible preparation area where guests can watch the team hand-make dumplings and noodles as part of the dining experience.

Menu highlights will include beef noodle soup, pork buns, steamed dumplings and fried dumplings. Zou said the restaurant will also serve authentic Chinese stir-fried dishes, including Mongolian beef, orange beef and popcorn chicken.

Jade Dumpling And Noodle will also serve beer, along with boba tea. Zou said the restaurant plans to offer 10 flavors of boba tea.

Opening Timeline

The team is targeting an opening between Aug. 5 and Aug. 10, Zou told Business Debut.

Hours

Jade Dumpling And Noodle plans to open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
