"textContent": "**BELLEVIEW, FL —** Monti Primo Ristorante is preparing to open at 11008 SE 66th Terrace, Belleview, FL 34420, bringing a modern Italian restaurant to the former Tropical Vibes Restaurant and Bar space. Chef Mondi Markeci told Business Debut he is opening the restaurant with help from his parents, Mike and Suzana Markeci.\n\nMarkeci said some locals may also know the building as the former Cal’s Place. The restaurant will be his third restaurant.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nMonti Primo Ristorante will be a family-style restaurant with a more polished service approach, Markeci told Business Debut. He said servers will wear ties, and the space will include an open kitchen so guests can see the team cooking.\n\nThe restaurant will have about 150 seats inside, an event room for about 50 people, about 13 bar seats and roughly 12 to 16 outdoor seats, Markeci told Business Debut. Monti Primo Ristorante will also have a full bar with beer, wine and liquor.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe menu will focus on modern Italian food, with sauces made in house and food prepared fresh, Markeci told Business Debut.\n\nMenu items will include pasta pesce pollo, a baked pasta with shrimp, chicken and Alfredo, which Markeci said is one of his mother’s favorite dishes. Guests can also expect ziti binopoli, a baked pasta with chicken, asparagus and Alfredo, finished with a line of marinara sauce.\n\nMarkeci said the menu will be offered a la carte so guests can choose whether they want to add items such as a salad. “I want to give a good value food for a good price,” Markeci told Business Debut.\n\nThe restaurant’s name also has personal meaning. Markeci said Monti is a play on his first name, Mondi, and means mountain, while Primo refers to “prime mountain.”\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nMarkeci said he recently submitted permits and is targeting an opening in about 45 days.\n\n## Hours\n\nMonti Primo Ristorante plans to operate from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, Markeci told Business Debut.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit their Facebook and their website.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
