"textContent": "**WEST PALM BEACH, FL —** Hennessy Williams, a food truck from chef and owner Anthony Santos, is preparing to launch around June 1, serving Palm Beach County, Martin County and Dade County, Santos told Business Debut. The truck will be primarily available in Palm Beach County, with service outside those areas available by request.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nHennessy Williams will serve jazz-inspired smash burgers, fries and other truck-friendly items with a focus on the full guest experience, Santos told Business Debut. The concept draws from Santos’ longtime connection to jazz, including his experience playing saxophone growing up, Santos shared with Business Debut.\n\nThe business is family run, with support from Santos’ wife and daughters, Santos shared with Business Debut. He said the goal is to create a welcoming stop for guests, whether they are ordering from the truck, booking it for an event or using the Hennessy Williams app.\n\nImages courtesy of Hennessy Williams.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe menu will include smash burgers such as the Southern Gentleman, Street Heat Smash and Gold Rush Smash, Santos told Business Debut. One of Santos’ favorite items is the shrimp burger, a recipe he said dates back to his time working in an Italian restaurant.\n\nSides will include fries, loaded Henny fries and a barbecue chicken dip finished with bourbon peach barbecue sauce, Santos told Business Debut.\n\nSantos said the brand is built around a jazz-inspired idea he has had since childhood. He played saxophone growing up and said the business’ purple, gold and cream colors connect back to that vision.\n\n“We kept it simple and flavorful for the community to enjoy,” Santos told Business Debut.\n\nThe truck will also include family-focused touches, including a kids’ Foodies Club with coloring books, cards and punch-card rewards.\n\n“This is only the beginning of the Hennessy Williams,” Santos told Business Debut. “We plan to grow and create opportunities, support the community and give people the experience that they’re going to remember.”\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nHennessy Williams is targeting a June 1 opening.\n\n## Hours\n\nSantos said the truck plans to operate seven days a week. After an initial event-focused launch period, the target schedule is noon — 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon — 2 a.m. on weekends.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit Hennessy Williams their Website, Instagram and the Hennessy Williams app. The app allows guests to browse the menu and order ahead for pickup or delivery.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
