"textContent": "**ST. AUGUSTINE, FL —** Deja Brew Coffee is opening a second coffee trailer June 6 at 6205 FL 16, St. Augustine, FL 32092. Owner Jaimie Baptista told Business Debut the permanently parked trailer will give the business a dedicated location while its first trailer continues serving St. Johns County.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nDeja Brew Coffee serves craft espresso beverages, cold brew, tea, chai and frappuccino-style drinks called chillers, Baptista told Business Debut. The business does not serve traditional drip coffee.\n\nThe new trailer will include both a drive-thru and a walk-up window, with picnic tables, Adirondack-style seating and a possible kids play area planned for the site, Baptista told Business Debut.\n\nThe trailer will continue with it's business’s retro theme, with teal and white colors, chrome details, vinyl records and vintage decor.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nMenu items include iced lattes, cold brew, specialty flavor combinations, chillers, homemade pastries, breakfast sandwiches, bagels and ham and Swiss croissants, Baptista told Business Debut.\n\nBaptista said her personal favorites include an iced latte with cinnamon roll or blondie flavoring. Deja Brew uses coffee from Screaming Peacock Coffee in downtown St. Augustine, she told Business Debut.\n\nThe business began with a 1958 camper Baptista found on Facebook Marketplace. Her husband, Jason Baptista, rebuilt both trailers by hand and also helps with maintenance and accounting, Baptista told Business Debut.\n\n“We always get rave reviews about customer service,” Baptista told Business Debut.\n\nBaptista said the business was also started in part for their daughter, Rylee, who is 16 and works with her on weekends. When Rylee was getting closer to looking for a job, Baptista said the family saw limited options nearby and decided to create an opportunity for her instead. “I’ve always wanted to open a coffee trailer,” Baptista told Business Debut, adding that the goal was also to build “some legacy to leave to my kids.”\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nThis second Deja Brew Coffee trailer is planned to open June 6, 2026.\n\nThe first Deja Brew Coffee trailer opened Dec. 10, 2024, and remains in operation for events and service throughout St. Johns County, Baptista told Business Debut.\n\n## Hours\n\nDeja Brew Coffee plans to open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., though Sunday hours could be adjusted after opening, Baptista told Business Debut.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit the Deja Brew Coffee website, Facebook and on Instagram.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
