  "textContent": "EAST BEND, NC – Donut Shark is preparing to soft open by the end of May at 425 NC 67 hwy, East Bend, NC 27018 in East Bend, owner Jason Lassen shared with Business Debut.\n\nLassen said the mobile donut business will be regularly stationed in East Bend during the week, while also traveling to events and farmers markets on weekends. The plan is for Donut Shark to be fully open daily in East Bend by mid-July.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nDonut Shark will focus on artistic, over-the-top donuts, with a menu built around raised donuts, cake donuts, gluten-free donuts, keto donuts, coffee, iced coffee, cold brew, and cinnamon rolls.\n\nThe business is also connected to Sweet Dane’s Farm, which Lassen and his family own.
