"textContent": "**DAVIE, FL** — Golf Vault, a new golf simulator lounge from Chris Flores and Gil Martin, is targeting an end of June or July 1 opening at 4900 S. University Drive, Suite 205, Davie, FL 33328, Martin told Business Debut.\n\nThe locally owned concept will combine golf simulators, lounge seating, food and drinks, and event space in a roughly 4,000-square-foot second-floor location above Pinza 104.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nMartin described Golf Vault as a state-of-the-art golf simulator lounge designed for both game improvement and social outings. The space will include golf simulator bays, TVs, lounge seating and about 50 to 60 seats throughout the venue, Martin told Business Debut.\n\n“We want the lounge. We want the environment,” Martin told Business Debut. “It’s very upscale looking.”\n\nThe business is designed for golfers who want to practice, groups looking for a night out, and private events such as birthday parties, networking events and corporate gatherings. Flores and Martin have also hired an events coordinator to help manage private parties and event packages, Martin shared with Business Debut.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nFood will come from Pinza 104, the Italian-style restaurant located downstairs. Martin told Business Debut that Pinza 104 created a fixed menu for Golf Vault with items such as charcuterie boards, salads, paninis and flatbreads.\n\nDrinks will be served in house, with beer, wine and wine-based liquors available, Flores and Martin told Business Debut.\n\nFlores and Martin are both firefighters and neighbors. Martin said Flores first brought the Golf Vault idea to him, and the two have been working on the concept for about a year.\n\n“We’re both firemen who are entrepreneurs,” Martin told Business Debut.\n\nThe team also noted that Haute Coffee is located downstairs, adding to the growing mix of businesses around Golf Vault.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nGolf Vault is targeting an end of June opening, with July 1 as a possible opening date, Flores and Martin told Business Debut.\n\n## Hours\n\nGolf Vault plans to open daily at 9 a.m.\n\nSunday through Thursday, the lounge will close at 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, it will close at midnight, Flores and Martin told Business Debut.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit Golf Vault on its website and Instagram.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
