Owner Kristopher Messer told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting the first week of June.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nFatbackzz Grill will operate inside Sam’s Mini Mart, Messer told Business Debut. The location will give customers a consistent place to order from the business while the Fatbackzz food truck continues operating.\n\nMesser opened the food truck on March 15, 2024, and said the new grill is the next step for the business.\n\nThe space will include a few restaurant-style booth tables for dine-in customers, though Messer said the restaurant will mainly focus on takeout.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nFatbackzz Grill will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night comfort food, Messer told Business Debut.
