"textContent": "ATLANTA, GA — Botanico Hospitality Group is planning two new Atlanta concepts: Botanico at 1106 Crescent Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30309\nand Incognito at 1025 Howell Mill Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318, partner Felipe Rivera told Business Debut.\n\nBotanico is targeting an August opening in Midtown, and Incognito is targeting an early June opening in West Midtown.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nBotanico will bring back a brand Rivera previously operated on Pharr Road in Buckhead before closing in 2021. The new Midtown location will take over the former Lure space and is currently undergoing remodeling and decorating.\n\nThe restaurant will have around 150 seats and will operate as an upscale Latin concept, Rivera told Business Debut. He described it as “affordable luxury casual,” with a goal of being a neighborhood restaurant.\n\nIncognito was described it as a cocktail bar with a modern, chic dive bar with elevated mixology.\n\n## Botanico\n\nBotanico will serve Latin cuisine inspired by several countries across Latin America, including Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, Cuba and the Caribbean, Rivera told Business Debut.\n\nThe menu is still in development, but guests can expect seafood, steaks, rice dishes, tropical flavors, Mexican tamales, Peruvian ceviches and Cuban influences, Rivera told Business Debut.\n\n## Incognito\n\nIncognito will offer food through a truck from El Santo Gallo, the group’s taqueria at 955 West Marietta St. NW.\n\nIncognito’s cocktail program will be more refined than the casual look of the space may suggest, Rivera told Business Debut. The bar will include pool tables, banquet seating, a DJ, outdoor picnic tables and several screens, including plans to show the World Cup. The mixology program will be curated very thoughtfully, he shared.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nIncognito Cocktail Bar is targeting an early June opening, Rivera told Business Debut.\n\nBotanico is targeting an August opening, Rivera told Business Debut.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
