"textContent": "**GAINESVILLE, GA** — Southern Touch Cafe is opening at 3313 Harbour Point Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30506, bringing a cafe and full-service restaurant to residents of the private Harbour Point community.\n\nOwner Jarrett Session told Business Debut the cafe is planning soft opening dates May 14-16, followed by a formal opening on Memorial Day.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nSouthern Touch Cafe will operate as a small cafe and restaurant serving the Harbour Point community, with lunch service, Friday night dinners and community-focused events, Session told Business Debut.\n\nThe space will seat about 20 guests inside, with outdoor seating bringing total capacity to about 55 to 60 seats when including the pool area, Session told Business Debut.\n\nSession said the cafe will be open three to four days a week to start, with hours adjusted around residents’ needs.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe menu will focus on Southern eclectic food, with salads, sandwiches and plated dinner entrees, Session told Business Debut.\n\n“You’re going to see Southern eclectic,” Session told Business Debut. “It means it’s Southern, but we’re going to think outside the box.”\n\nExamples include roasted chicken wings with a strawberry hot glaze, an Old Magnolia Reuben-style sandwich with smoked pork, hickory ham, pork belly and smoked Gouda, and a Caesar salad with charred lemon and smoked Cajun Caesar dressing, Session told Business Debut.\n\nSession has been a chef for 25 years and has operated Southern Touch Personal Chefs and Catering for about eight years.
