But here is a list of some restaurants with plans to open very soon!\n\nNote when we last spoke to the owner's of each business. Openings frequently get delayed.\n\n### Pour Intentions\n\n**Address:** 675 W Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308\n\n**Status:** Hoping to debut in mid-May 2026, **as of an interview on April 27th.**\n\n**What to expect:** A globally inspired wine bar near the Fox Theatre with lounge-style seating, occasional DJs, and a schedule designed around pre- and post-show traffic. The business built early momentum through sold-out wine pairing dinners before moving toward a permanent brick-and-mortar space.\n\n**Menu highlights:** Charcuterie boards, small shareable plates, desserts, and a rotating wine-by-the-glass menu. Wines will focus on small producers and sustainable vineyards from around the world.\n\n**Hours:** Still being finalized; the plan is to open four to five days per week and align with Fox Theatre event traffic.\n\n**Who’s behind it:** Owner and Level 1 sommelier Joseph Dennis, with business partner David Sylvain.\n\nRead our full article.\n\n* * *\n\n### V’s Coffee Collab\n\n**Address:** 34 Webb St unit 1, Roswell, GA 30075\n\n**Status:** Targeting a late May opening, **as of an interview on April 23rd.**\n\n**What to expect:** The 473-square-foot shop will be V’s Coffee Collab’s first brick-and-mortar after several years of roasting and catering. Expect limited seating, dine-in and to-go service, a service window, and a concept built around in-person connection.\n\n**Menu highlights:** Coffee roasted by owner Harrison Bernard, plus pastries and baked goods sourced from local vendors. Retail coffee bags will feature rotating artwork, each with a QR code linking to the artist’s page.\n\n**Hours:** Planned for 7 a.m.–3 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday. Mondays will be reserved for roasting.\n\n**Who’s behind it:** Owner and roaster Harrison Bernard.\n\nRead our full article.\n\n* * *\n\n### Odoms and Sons BBQ\n\n**Address:** 2740 Greenbriar Pkwy SW, Atlanta, GA 30311\n\n**Status:** Targeting a May 22 opening, **as of an interview on April 9th.**\n\n**What to expect:** A counter-service barbecue restaurant bringing the brand from pop-ups and food truck service into its first brick-and-mortar location. The restaurant will be set up for dine-in, takeout, and online ordering through delivery platforms.\n\n**Menu highlights:** Smoked oxtails, brisket, ribs, sweet potato casserole, macaroni and cheese, and spicy cabbage.\n\n**Hours:** The restaurant plans to begin with Friday through Sunday service, operating until sellout each day. More days may be added based on demand.\n\n**Who’s behind it:** Owner Quay Odoms.\n\nRead our full article.\n\n* * *\n\n### Oasis Garden\n\n**Address:** 3150 E Shadowlawn Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30305\n\n**Status:** Planning a soft opening on May 15, followed by a grand opening on June 1, **as of an interview on April 16th.**\n\n**What to expect:** An upscale outdoor, grill-focused concept with seating for around 140 guests. The space will include covered areas with pergolas, umbrellas, lounge-style seating, and a private speakeasy-style lounge for events.\n\n**Menu highlights:** Barbecue lobster mac and cheese, filet mignon, salmon, snapper, pork ribs, sausages, kebabs, burgers, and a signature “dirty dog.” Special programming will also include outdoor movie nights with snacks such as nachos, popcorn, ice cream, and candy.\n\n**Hours:** Planned to open at 3 p.m. daily and operate six days per week, with Mondays currently planned as a closure day.\n\n**Who’s behind it:** Owner Ashley Jones.\n\nRead our full article.\n\n* * *\n\n### D’Pana\n\n**Address:** 7130 Buford Hwy NE b130, Doraville, GA 30340\n\n**Status:** Targeting an opening in about two months from the March update, placing the estimate around May, **as of an interview on March 11th.**\n\n**What to expect:** A Venezuelan-American restaurant and sports bar with roughly 48 indoor seats. Guests will be able to choose between quick counter-style service and a more traditional sit-down meal.\n\n**Menu highlights:** Arepas, cachapas, hamburgers, tostadas, and other casual Venezuelan-American fare. A bar component is planned, though alcohol service may come after the initial opening.\n\n**Hours:** Not yet announced.\n\n**Who’s behind it:** Owner Astrik Nataly Rodriguez Rincon.\n\nRead our full article.\n\n* * *\n\n### Stars Cafe\n\n**Address:** 349 Decatur St. SE, Atlanta, GA 30312\n\n**Status:** Targeting a May opening, with hopes for mid-May and ideally before Memorial Day weekend, **as of an interview on February 11th.**\n\n**What to expect:** A modern-day diner with approximately 60 seats, built for neighborhood foot traffic and nearby student housing. The concept will focus on traditional American food with full bar service.\n\n**Menu highlights:** Burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, french fries, wings, handheld items, and other diner-style American fare.\n\n**Hours:** Planned daily hours from 8 a.m.–10 p.m. or 11 p.m., with the potential to extend later.\n\n**Who’s behind it:** Owner Deitrich Armstrong.\n\nRead our full article.\n\n* * *\n\n### Mama’s Pizza\n\n**Address:** 1430 Lake Hearn Dr NE Ste A, Brookhaven, GA 30319\n\n**Status:** Targeting an early to mid-May debut, with the team aiming for the first or second week of May depending on final construction progress, **as of an interview on April 13th.**\n\n**What to expect:** A neighborhood pizza spot in the retail portion of the Amli apartment development, with approximately 48 indoor seats and around 32 patio seats. The location will include a garage-style walk-up window, outdoor counter seating, TVs for patio viewing, and nearby green space.\n\n**Menu highlights:** Classic pizzas and Italian dishes similar to the Alpharetta location, plus rotating monthly specials and possible additional pasta dishes.
