Smith told Business Debut that his sister company is Whiteside Brewing Company in Cashiers, which has been operating for about eight years.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nSmith told Business Debut that the opening timeline depends on final inspections.\n\nIn a best-case scenario, the team would hold a soft opening Monday 4/27 and open for lunch Tuesday 4/28.
