INDIAN HARBOR BEACH, FL — Margarita Island Kitchen & Bar is targeting a May 13 opening at 445 E. Eau Gallie Blvd, Indian Harbor Beach, FL 32937, with owners Elizabeth Sanchez and her husband David Gonzalez leading the concept. Sanchez told Business Debut this marks the brand’s sixth location and third in Brevard County.

What to Expect

The concept centers on Mexican cuisine with a tropical influence inspired by the Mexican Caribbean, including Cozumel. Sanchez told Business Debut the goal is to create a full dining experience with an upbeat atmosphere, incorporating music like salsa, cumbia, and merengue alongside vibrant design elements.

The full-service restaurant will offer seating for approximately 170 guests between indoor dining and a large patio, along with a full bar and bar seating available for both food and drinks. Sanchez confirmed guests can expect the same menu, drinks, and atmosphere as other locations.

Menu and Vision

Menu offerings will range from street tacos to steaks and seafood, with a focus on shareable and signature items. Sanchez told Business Debut that popular dishes include the molcajete, a stone bowl featuring a mix of steak, chicken, shrimp, pork, and chorizo, as well as the piña loca, served in a pineapple with a blend of sweet and savory flavors.
