The restaurant will take over the former Hibachi and Company space on Franklin Street, Koirala said.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nYeti Bowl and Shakes will offer a bowl-focused concept with a mix of takeout and limited dine-in seating, Koirala told Business Debut. The business will maintain a service model designed to accommodate both quick takeout and casual dining.\n\nThe menu will center on customizable bowls, allowing guests to build meals with a variety of bases and proteins, Koirala said.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nCustomers can expect options such as rice bowls, chicken bowls, bean-based bowls, and seafood bowls, Koirala told Business Debut.
