"textContent": "**MORRISVILLE, NC** — Meat & Bite is preparing to open in Morrisville at 3608 Davis Dr Suite 100, Morrisville, NC 27560. Owner Mohamed Elmonairy told Business Debut the restaurant is targeting an opening in the next four to eight weeks as construction and inspections continue.\n\nThis will be the brand's second location following its original Hillsborough Street shop, which Elmonairy said opened in 2020.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nElmonairy told Business Debut the menu at Meat & Bite is intentionally focused, built around two core items: Oklahoma-style smash burgers with caramelized onions and chicken tenderloin sandwiches.\n\nSandwiches will be available in regular sizes or as sliders, which Elmonairy said work especially well for lunch boxes and catering. Guests can also expect fries, loaded fries, takeout, outdoor seating and third-party delivery.\n\nEverything on the menu will be halal, Elmonairy told Business Debut.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nElmonairy said Meat & Bite is built around an “old school” approach with fresh, cooked-to-order food. “No secrets, no magic,” he told Business Debut. “It’s all quality and freshness.”\n\nHe said he and his wife and co-founder Leila Jarouch built the business together from the ground up, working open to close everyday for three years straight. Jarouch has been deeply involved in operations, menu development, and the business side of the restaurant since the beginning.\n\nLooking ahead, Elmonairy said he hopes to keep growing the brand while creating ownership opportunities for employees who prove they can run a restaurant operation from start to finish.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nThe Morrisville location is targeting an opening in four to eight weeks, though Elmonairy told Business Debut that the exact timing depends on inspections and city approvals.\n\n## Hours\n\nHours for the Morrisville location are still to be announced. Elmonairy told Business Debut the team expects to open for lunch, likely beginning around 10:30 or 11 a.m., with closing hours to be determined after the restaurant opens and traffic patterns become clear.\n\n## Follow for More\n\n * Website: Meat & Bite\n * Follow on Instagram\n * Follow on Facebook\n\n\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
