"textContent": "ATLANTA, GA — Oasis Garden is planning a soft opening on May 15 followed by a grand opening on June 1 at 3150 E Shadowlawn Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30305. Owner Ashley Jones told Business Debut the opening comes after more than a year of buildout and preparation.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nJones told Business Debut Oasis Garden will feature an outdoor, grill-focused concept with seating for around 140 guests, including covered areas with pergolas, umbrellas and lounge-style seating.\n\nThe space will also include a dedicated speakeasy-style lounge at the front of the building, available for private events of about 40 to 45 guests with its own bar, seating and service staff.\n\nThe overall atmosphere is designed to reflect an upscale, resort-style environment with international music.\n\nSpecial programming will include outdoor movie nights featuring a large screen experience with headsets, along with food offerings such as chicken, beef or shrimp nachos, beef hot dogs, popcorn, ice cream and candy.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nJones told Business Debut the menu will focus on barbecue-inspired, grill-driven dishes rather than traditional barbecue. Offerings will include barbecue lobster mac and cheese, filet mignon, salmon, snapper, pork ribs, sausages and kebabs with chicken, beef or shrimp.\n\nAdditional items include burgers and a signature “dirty dog” topped with sauerkraut, caramelized onions and smoked vegetarian beans. Jones said brisket may be added after opening.\n\nJones also commented about the difficulty of opening a new concept. “You’re going to have some hurdles, but if this is something that you want, stand firm and follow through,\" she said.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nOasis Garden is planning a soft opening on May 15, followed by an official grand opening on June 1.\n\n## Hours\n\nThe restaurant plans to open at 3 p.m. daily and operate six days a week, with Mondays currently planned as a closure day.
