"textContent": "SUWANEE, GA — Mehak Indian Kitchen & Bar is targeting a May opening at 1039 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Suite A122, Suwanee, GA 30024. Co-owner Suresh Kulla told Business Debut the team is waiting on final permits, with plans to open in the second or third week of May.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nKulla told Business Debut Mehak Indian Kitchen & Bar will be a full-service Indian restaurant with seating for about 160 to 180 guests, plus patio space. He said the restaurant will focus on both North Indian and South Indian dishes.\n\nThe menu will include appetizers, breads, biryanis, curries, rice dishes and naan.\n\n“It is a full-fledged full-service fine dining restaurant,” Kulla told Business Debut.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nKulla told Business Debut the restaurant’s specialties will include tandoori wings, chicken tandoori, chicken tikka, paneer tikka, pepper shrimp fry, fried fish and a house salad created by the chef. He said those dishes have already received strong feedback.\n\n“We provide good food, and we provide good service,” Kulla told Business Debut.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nKulla told Business Debut the opening depends on permit approvals still in progress. If those are completed on schedule, the restaurant is aiming for the second or third week of May.\n\n## Hours\n\nMehak Indian Kitchen & Bar plans to serve lunch and dinner.
