"textContent": "**ARDEN, NC** — Ultra Coffeebar is planning to open a second location this summer at 1870 Brevard Rd Suite 113, Arden, NC 28704. Owner Taylor Nicks told Business Debut the new shop is now under construction with an aim on a summer time opening.\n\nThe couple Taylor and Jennifer Nicks have owned the business since purchasing it in 2024, months before Hurricane Helene struck.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nThe Arden location is expected to closely mirror the original Ultra Coffeebar in Asheville’s River Arts District, Taylor Nicks told Business Debut. He said the new shop will offer handmade drinks including matchas, coffees, lattes, and espresso, along with a full breakfast and lunch menu.\n\nGuests can also expect bagels, wraps, ciabatta sandwiches, a full vegan menu, and gluten-free options, Nicks told Business Debut. He said the new location will have nearly the same amount of seating as the original store, along with outdoor seating in the back.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nNicks told Business Debut the team is keeping the core menu consistent. Seasonal bagels and cream cheese flavors may rotate in from time to time, but he said the main menu will remain the same.\n\nHe also said the Arden shop will carry elements of Ultra Coffeebar’s River Arts District identity. Nicks told Business Debut he is speaking with artists about adding a mural inside the space and hopes to launch a featured artist program highlighting River Arts District artists on a monthly basis.\n\nNicks said the Arden location was chosen in part because of growth in the area and the limited number of nearby restaurant options. He told Business Debut the team sees an opportunity to serve nearby apartments, industrial parks, and surrounding businesses.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nUltra Coffeebar is targeting a summer opening in Arden, Nicks told Business Debut. He said construction has recently started and the team is avoiding a more specific timeline until more progress is made.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nFollow along on Ultra Coffeebar’s website and Facebook.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
