Owner Alex Kazakos told Business Debut the concept is a new build designed as a modern, family-friendly restaurant with both indoor and patio seating.\n\nKazakos is also the owner of Breakfastime, the popular breakfast all day concept in North Carolina. They are also planning a location in Kernersville.\n\nKazakos told Business Debut construction is largely complete, with final elements like furniture and signage still in progress ahead of opening. “I put around a $1,000,000 into the property,” he told Business Debut.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nShakeburger will operate as a counter-service restaurant with seating for about 50 guests inside and approximately 60 on a covered patio. Kazakos told Business Debut the space is designed to accommodate both dine-in and takeout customers.\n\n“The atmosphere is a modern, family-friendly environment,” Kazakos told Business Debut.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe menu will focus on classic American comfort foods made with quality ingredients. Kazakos told Business Debut offerings will include burgers made with 100% Angus ground chuck, along with hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, barbecue, and fish sandwiches.\n\n“We’re doing burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches… barbecue, fish sandwiches, and we’re also doing a lot of milkshakes, flurries, dipped ice cream cones,” Kazakos told Business Debut.\n\nThe concept will also emphasize affordability.
