Supra Revolving Sushi Bar Targeting Fall Opening in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, FL — Supra Revolving Sushi Bar is targeting an October or November opening at 4521 Southside Boulevard Jacksonville, FL 32216, owner Ivan Lu told Business Debut.

What to Expect

Supra Revolving Sushi Bar will introduce a conveyor belt-style dining experience where guests can select dishes as they pass by their table. Customers will also have the option to place orders directly, with items delivered via the belt system, Lu told Business Debut.

The restaurant will operate as a full-service concept with waitstaff and is expected to seat between 150 and 180 guests. Lu told Business Debut the space is designed as a large-format dining room to accommodate both casual visits and group dining.

Menu and Vision

The menu will feature a mix of sushi, hibachi, ramen, and appetizers, along with milk tea and alcoholic beverages. Lu told Business Debut the goal is to provide a variety of Asian-inspired offerings within an interactive dining format.

Lu, who said he also owns other Jacksonville-area restaurants, including Tonka, is bringing Supra Revolving Sushi Bar to Southside Boulevard with a conveyor belt sushi concept that will also serve hibachi, ramen, appetizers, milk tea, and alcoholic drinks in a full-service setting. He told Business Debut guests will be able to pick plates from the revolving belt or place individual orders sent directly to their table.

Opening Timeline

The team is targeting an opening timeframe of October or November.

Hours

Supra Revolving Sushi Bar plans to operate seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Specific hours are to be announced.
