"textContent": "**HAVANA, FL —** Grant’s Crabs Seafood & Grille is set to open at 309 S. Main St., Havana, FL 32333, with a soft opening planned for April 16 and April 17, followed by a grand opening on April 18 at noon, Ginger Grant told Business Debut. The Havana restaurant marks the second location for Ginger and William Grant, who have operated their first location at 13030 Starkey Rd., Largo, FL 33773 for 11 years, she told Business Debut.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nGuests can expect a full-service seafood restaurant with dine-in seating for about 40 guests, Ginger Grant told Business Debut. The menu will include blue crabs, snow crabs, shrimp, wings, grouper, tilapia, catfish, mussels, broccoli, corn, potatoes and sausage.\n\nThe Havana location will also introduce additional items tailored to the area, including grilled chicken sandwiches, blackened chicken sandwiches and pork chop sandwiches, Grant told Business Debut.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nGrant said the concept is best known for its blue crabs and its trademarked Stutter Butter sauce, which she said helps differentiate the brand. Snow crabs and smoked neck bones are also among the most popular items at the Largo location, she told Business Debut.\n\nThe expansion also reflects the family’s roots. Ginger Grant told Business Debut that Largo is her hometown, while Havana is William Grant’s hometown. William Grant will operate the Havana location alongside their son, Spencer Grant, while Ginger Grant continues overseeing the Largo restaurant.\n\nTheir daughter, Genesis Vega, is also part of the family business, Grant shared with Business Debut.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nThe restaurant is targeting a soft opening on April 16 and April 17, followed by a grand opening on April 18 at noon, Grant told Business Debut. She said the decision to expand came after years of demand from customers and family in the area.\n\nThe Grants previously established their Largo location before later adding a food truck, which is currently paused as the family focuses on the new restaurant, she told Business Debut.\n\n## Hours\n\nGrant’s Crabs Seafood & Grille will initially operate Thursday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Ginger Grant told Business Debut. She said the team expects to expand to additional days, likely Tuesday through Saturday, following the opening.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nFollow on their website, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
