"textContent": "**JACKSONVILLE, FL —** Daniel Price and Nicole Price are preparing to open Lucky Goat Coffee at 12553 Bartram Park Blvd., Suite 302, Jacksonville, FL 32258. Daniel Price told Business Debut the couple is targeting a June 18 opening, pending permits and construction.\n\nThe Bartram Park shop will mark the brand’s expansion in the Jacksonville area for the Prices, who said they were drawn to Lucky Goat after first getting to know the company while attending Florida State University in Tallahassee. “My wife Nicole and I are very excited about a concept we fell in love with,” Price told Business Debut.\n\nBusiness Debut learned of this story first from The Jacksonville Daily Record.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nLucky Goat Coffee focuses on specialty coffee with a more approachable style of service. Price told Business Debut the concept is designed to make coffee feel less intimidating for everyday customers.\n\n“Coffee can sometimes be very similar to wine,” Price told Business Debut. “It’s hard to take it into the market as a customer and really understand what you’re ordering.” He said Lucky Goat stood out because the company does “a really good job of training franchisees on how to make coffee more consumer friendly.”\n\nThe Bartram Park shop will operate in a fast-casual format, with ordering at the register or through the brand’s mobile app. Price told Business Debut customers will be able to order ahead for quick pickup, while others can stay and enjoy what he described as “a very relaxed casual dining environment.”\n\nThe interior is expected to have seating for about 25 to 30 guests, along with a small patio with four or five seats.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nPrice told Business Debut the menu will center on an Italian-style espresso program, including lattes, cappuccinos and macchiatos, along with cold brew and nitro cold brew options.\n\nAmong his favorites is the Lucky Bomb, which he described as a large cold brew with vanilla sweet cream and a two-ounce shot of Lucky Seven espresso. “It’s not overly sweet,” Price told Business Debut. “You can really taste the coffee and the notes of the coffee through the sweetness.”\n\nHe also pointed to the brand’s single-origin coffee offerings and seasonal lattes. Price told Business Debut a current favorite in the lineup is a brown sugar caramel latte, which he called “absolutely phenomenal.”\n\nOn the food side, the Bartram Park location plans to work with local bakery partners rather than mirror Tallahassee’s pastry lineup exactly. Price told Business Debut that approach allows the shop to support small businesses while offering fresher baked goods in-store each day. He highlighted one planned partner’s cruffin, describing it as a croissant-muffin pastry that becomes especially good when warmed.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nPrice told Business Debut the shop is targeting June 18, pending final construction and permitting.\n\n## Hours\n\nThe plan is to operate seven days a week. Price told Business Debut the shop expects to be open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit the Lucky Goat Coffee website.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
