"textContent": "ATLANTA & MARIETTA, GA — Fork U Concepts, led by Alexis and Scott Kinsey, is preparing to open two new concepts in metro Atlanta: Cotto Italian at 2850 Paces Ferry Rd SE, Atlanta, GA 30339 and West Park Sports Club at 29 West Park Square NE, Marietta, GA 30060.\n\nAlexis Kinsey told Business Debut that West Park Sports Club is targeting an opening the week of April 20, while Cotto Italian will likely open in several months.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nWest Park Sports Club will introduce an upscale sports bar concept in Marietta Square with a two-level layout and patio seating. Kinsey told Business Debut the upstairs will feature a “dark and moody” environment with extensive TV coverage and comfortable seating, while a downstairs bar will offer a separate atmosphere suited for private events or late-night cocktails.\n\nThe venue is expected to accommodate roughly 70 guests upstairs, about 25 downstairs and additional seating on what Kinsey described as one of the larger patios in the area.\n\nCotto Italian will take over the former Stockyard space in Vinings, bringing a second location of the existing Gainesville concept. Kinsey told Business Debut the team will renovate the front of house and rework the space to reflect the brand’s upscale Italian identity.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nAt West Park Sports Club, Kinsey said the menu will center on elevated bar fare, taking familiar sports bar items and refining them with a chef-driven approach. “Traditional items, but with elevated twist,” Kinsey told Business Debut, citing dishes like oysters, wings and burgers presented with more attention to detail.\n\nCotto Italian will mirror the menu and service style of its Gainesville location, offering an upscale Italian dining experience with lunch and dinner service on weekends and dinner during the week. Kinsey told Business Debut the concept will remain consistent across locations while adapting to the Vinings space.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nWest Park Sports Club is targeting an opening the week of April 20.\nCotto Italian is expected to open within approximately three to four months following renovations at the Vinings location, with timing dependent on construction progress.\n\n## About Fork U Concepts\n\nThe Marietta-based restaurant group is known for their extensive portfolio of restaurants, including Taqueria Tsunami, Stockyard Burgers and Bones, Forno Vero, Silla Del Toro, Cotto Modern Italian and Southern Prospect.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nCotto Italian website and Instagram.\n\nWest Park Sports Club website and Instagram.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
