"textContent": "**PALMETTO, FL —** A new dual-concept restaurant combining Jimmy John’s and Buffalo Wild Wings Go is targeting a late July opening at 5245 69th Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221. Co-Owner Kent Ramos told Business Debut the opening is expected between July 15 and July 30, pending construction and permitting timelines.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nThe location will bring both brands under one roof as part of Inspire Brands’ portfolio, marking the first time Ramos’ group has combined the two concepts into a single space. Ramos told Business Debut the restaurant will operate in a fast-casual, quick-service format focused on quality food served efficiently.\n\nGuests can expect Jimmy John’s sandwiches alongside Buffalo Wild Wings Go menu items, with about 80 percent of the traditional Buffalo Wild Wings menu available in a streamlined format. Ramos told Business Debut the space will include indoor seating for about 20 to 24 guests, along with patio seating, while maintaining a strong focus on takeout and online ordering.\n\nJimmy John’s will feature its own dedicated drive-thru, while Buffalo Wild Wings Go will operate primarily as a walk-in pickup concept.\n\nImages courtesy of Jimmy John's and Buffalo Wild Wings Go.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nRamos, who has more than 20 years of restaurant industry experience, told Business Debut the goal is to serve both lunch and dinner audiences with a broad mix of subs, wings, chicken sandwiches, burgers, and sides.\n\n“This brings two brands into one group to help us cover all parts of the day,” Ramos told Business Debut. He added that the concept is designed to serve families, workers, and late-night diners with a consistent, fast-casual experience.\n\nThe team also plans to offer extensive catering services, including packages for schools, sporting events, parties, and large-scale community functions. Ramos told Business Debut the group has previously partnered with organizations such as IMG and local chambers for large catering events.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nThe team is targeting an opening in the last two weeks of July, though Ramos noted that timing may shift slightly depending on final construction and permitting approvals.\n\nGrand opening plans include a community-focused event featuring a DJ, local radio presence, and promotional giveaways. Ramos told Business Debut the first 50 customers will receive free wings for a year, and free subs will be available for guests on opening day.\n\n## Hours\n\nThe restaurant plans to operate seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., serving lunch, dinner, and late-night customers.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit the Buffalo Wild Wings Website, Jimmy John's Website and Quality Foods Restaurant Group on LinkedIn.\n\n* * *\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
