"textContent": "**CHARLOTTE, NC** — Crisp Kitchen & Cocktails, led by Matt Marenna, has reopened at 132 Brevard Ct., Charlotte, NC 28202, relocating from its previous home inside Latta Arcade to a new space in Brevard Courtyard just steps away.\n\nThe restaurant began lunch service on March 5, Marenna told Business Debut.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nThe new location sits roughly 100 feet from the original Latta Arcade space, now offering a larger footprint with a main-level bar and an upstairs dining area. Lunch service is currently underway, with a mix of dine-in and takeout options.\n\nThe team has retained much of the original staff and menu, allowing longtime customers to return to familiar offerings while experiencing the updated space. “A lot of people have been really excited to come and see them and get some of their favorites,” Marenna told Business Debut.\n\nImages from Crisp Kitchen and Cocktails\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe lunch menu remains consistent with the original concept, featuring salads and wraps with house-made dressings and fresh ingredients. “All the stuff that we're doing is really fresh… it eats decadent while feeling really light,” Marenna told Business Debut.\n\nThe upcoming dinner program expands on those foundations, translating core ingredients into composed plates and shareable dishes. Proteins used in wraps and salads will carry over into dinner in new formats, including sliced flank steak with chimichurri, braised meatballs with Mediterranean influence, shrimp skewers, and mussels.\n\nThe evening concept also introduces a full cocktail program, anchored by a Japanese highball machine. The bar will feature a focused menu of highball-style cocktails alongside other offerings designed for faster service during nearby events.\n\nImages from Crisp Kitchen and Cocktails\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nCrisp Kitchen & Cocktails opened for lunch on March 5.\n\nDinner and cocktail service is expected to launch in early April, as the team continues building out the expanded concept.\n\n## Hours\n\nLunch is currently served Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.–3 p.m.\nOnce dinner launches, hours will expand to Tuesday through Thursday from 5 p.m.–10 p.m., Friday from 5 p.m.–12 a.m., and Saturday from 5 p.m.–10 p.m.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nFollow on Instagram.\n\n* * *\n\n### Opening a business?\n\nLearn how we distribute press releases to local readers daily at no cost!\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
