What to expect: Cajun seafood restaurant and market with 60–70 seats.

Menu highlights: Crawfish boils, blue crabs, oysters, po’ boys, gumbo.

Hours: Closed Tuesdays; 11 a.m.–9 p.m. weekdays, 10 p.m. weekends.

Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza — Bradenton

Status: Targeting June 23, 2026 opening.

What to expect: Roman-style pizza concept with ~50 seats and full service.

Menu highlights: 72-hour fermented dough pizzas, star-shaped pies with ricotta, burrata boards, desserts.

Hours: Sunday–Thursday 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m.; Friday–Saturday until 11 p.m.
