"textContent": "**PORT ST. LUCIE, FL —** Swift Grill is preparing to open its second location at 10108 SW Discovery Way, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987, with owner Vlad Bradescu targeting a soft opening around April 1 and a grand opening around April 20, he told Business Debut.\n\nThe new restaurant builds on the brand’s Fort Pierce location while introducing a different service model and a broader menu.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nThe Port St. Lucie restaurant is designed as a hybrid concept. Bradescu said guests will be able to order quickly from a fast-casual side with build-your-own bowls, wraps, pitas and salads, while a separate dine-in experience will feature a tapas menu and bar service.\n\nThat setup marks a notable difference from the original Fort Pierce location, which opened about four years ago and shifted into a full-service dining model after the building limited the fast-casual format Bradescu originally envisioned. In Port St. Lucie, he said the team now has the opportunity to execute that original vision while also using the tapas side to test new dishes and ideas.\n\nThe new space is expected to seat about 121 guests, including roughly 100 seats indoors and additional outdoor seating.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nShawarma remains the foundation of the concept, with beef and lamb shawarma and chicken shawarma served in bowls and wraps. Bradescu said the new location will offer more customization than the first store, including toppings such as pickled onions, spicy hummus and spicy tzatziki.\n\nOn the tapas side, the menu will lean into Romanian, Greek and Middle Eastern influences. Bradescu said the goal is to offer smaller portions at lower price points so guests can try multiple dishes in one visit.\n\nThe beverage program will include a full liquor menu along with THC cocktails. Bradescu said the cocktail list is being built around lighter Mediterranean-style drinks, including spritzes and other refreshing options for warmer weather.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nBradescu said Swift Grill is aiming to begin its soft opening around April 1. A larger grand opening event is planned about two weeks later, potentially on April 20.\n\n## Hours\n\nSwift Grill plans to be open seven days a week from 10 a.m.–10 p.m., with possible late-night hours on Fridays and Saturdays.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit their Website and Instagram.\n\n* * *\n\n### Opening a business?\n\nLearn how we distribute press releases to local readers daily at no cost!\n\nDrive community buzz with Business DebutWe aim to create local buzz before you even open.Business Debut | New Business Openings in the SoutheastRoss McWaters",
