Shine and Dine Cafe Planning June Opening in Wake Forest

WAKE FOREST, NC — Shine & Dine Cafe is targeting a June 1 opening at 1318 S Main St Unit 108, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Co-owner Mina Luka, alongside partner Wael Feloboss, told Business Debut they are awaiting final health department permits as construction and equipment installation are complete.

What to Expect

The restaurant will operate as a full-service concept offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu will focus on American cuisine with a Southern influence.

The dining room is expected to seat approximately 45 guests. Service will run six days a week, with the restaurant closed on Mondays.

The goal is to provide a full-service experience throughout the day, from early morning breakfast through dinner service later in the evening.

Hours

Shine & Dine Cafe will operate Tuesday through Saturday from 6 a.m. — 9 p.m.

On Sundays, hours will be 6 a.m. — 3 p.m., with breakfast and lunch service only.
