The space will feature a casual upscale atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, chandeliers, and an industrial-inspired design.\n\nPlans include live music, a late-night lounge component with jazz or a pianist, and an outdoor bar with a pass-through window connecting interior and exterior service areas, pending city approvals.
