  "textContent": "**PEACHTREE CITY, GA** — Que Delicia, a new Puerto Rican restaurant from owner Alexandra Mendoza, is preparing to open at 1980 Hwy 54 W E, Peachtree City, GA 30269. Mendoza told Business Debut the team is targeting a March 17 opening, though an exact opening date has not yet been finalized.\n\nThe restaurant is taking over a former smoothie shop space in the shopping center. Mendoza said the team has had to build out much of the kitchen and install new equipment to support the concept.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nQue Delicia will serve Puerto Rican cuisine in a compact counter-service setting. The space will have about 15 bar-style seats available for guests dining in.\n\nCustomers will order at the counter, with additional focus on takeout and delivery.
