"textContent": "**LAWRENCEVILLE, GA** — Chipoco’s Cuisine is preparing to open at 1860 Atkinson Rd NW #116, Lawrenceville, GA 30043, with owner Mayra Chipoco telling Business Debut the family is currently completing interior work and kitchen preparations ahead of an opening date to be announced.\n\nThe full-service Peruvian restaurant is a family effort, operated by Mayra Chipoco alongside her sister Martha Chipoco and their parents, George and Sandra Chipoco.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nChipoco’s Cuisine will offer a full-service dining experience with a menu available Monday through Friday featuring traditional Peruvian dishes and Peruvian street food favorites. On Saturdays and Sundays, guests can expect rotating specials and weekend breakfast offerings that change every other weekend.\n\nThe restaurant plans to offer larger tables for groups as well as smaller tables for everyday dining.\n\nFresh preparation is central to the concept. “We cook everything from scratch. Everything is fresh,” Mayra Chipoco told Business Debut. “We want everything fresh for our clients.”\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe menu will include traditional Peruvian food for lunch and dinner. On the weekends, expect breakfast service as well. Guests can look forward to dishes such as pan con salchicha and pan con chicharrón, along with freshly prepared desserts that blend Peruvian and American influences.\n\nSignature beverages will include chicha morada, a purple corn drink made with pineapple, cinnamon, citrus and lime, known for its antioxidant properties, and emoliente, a herbal drink served warm or cold and known for digestive benefits.\n\n“We just want everything very cultural, for people to know a little bit of history on Peru and bring everybody to try my parents’ dishes,” Mayra Chipoco told Business Debut. Potatoes will be peeled daily, and ingredients prepared fresh in-house.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nAn official opening date has not yet been announced. The family plans to share more details once final preparations are complete.\n\nHours Chipoco’s Cuisine plans to be open seven days a week.
