"textContent": "**LONGWOOD, FL –** Quesitos is targeting a March 20 opening inside the Shell gas station at 100 Dog Track Rd, Longwood, FL 32750, owner Robert Silva told Business Debut. The location will mark the first Quesitos restaurant in Florida, bringing the Venezuelan fast food franchise from Georgia to Central Florida.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nQuesitos will operate as a fast food concept with counter service. Guests will order at the counter and can choose to dine in or take their food to go.\n\nThe space will offer 16 seats, including three high-top tables and a small bar area. The restaurant is located inside the Shell gas station and will follow the same operating schedule.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe menu will focus on popular Venezuelan fast food items, including arepas, empanadas and pizza sticks. Silva said the brand is known for its approachable, quick-service style rooted in Venezuelan flavors.\n\nSilva, who is originally from Venezuela, said one of his personal favorites is a traditional beef soup that will be offered at the Longwood location. “It’s amazing and I’m totally sure when the public is going to start to try it, they’re going to love it like me,” he told Business Debut.\n\nThis will be Silva’s first restaurant. He previously worked in large restaurants in New Jersey and said he is applying that experience to his own business.\n\nSilva credited his sister, Ileana Silva, for making the opportunity possible by bringing the franchise from Georgia. He also thanked his wife, Blanca Bustamante, for her ongoing support as he pursues the venture, and expressed gratitude to God for guiding the process.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nThe team is targeting a March 20 opening.\n\n## Hours\n\nQuesitos plans to operate daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., matching the hours of the Shell gas station. Silva said he hopes to potentially expand to 24 hours in the future.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit the franchise on Instagram and via their Website.\n\n* * *\n\n Are you a restaurant vendor?
