"textContent": "**DAYTONA BEACH SHORES, FL -** SoNapa Grille is targeting an August 15 opening at 3162 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118, owner Adam Barringer told Business Debut. The full-service restaurant will bring a Northern California-inspired menu and an extensive wine program focused on Sonoma County and Napa Valley selections to the beachside community.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nSoNapa Grille will offer a full-service dining experience with a full bar in a setting designed to reflect a winery tasting room. While the concept leans slightly upscale, Barringer said the proximity to the beach will naturally create a relaxed atmosphere.\n\n“I would say that our service and atmosphere is reminiscent of a J. Alexander’s or a Seasons 52,” Barringer told Business Debut. The restaurant will seat between 150 and 160 guests indoors, with an additional 20 outdoor seats. A private dining room accommodating 55 to 60 guests will also be available for events and functions.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe menu will feature chef-inspired Northern California cuisine, with a focus on bold flavors and wine pairings. Starters, referred to as “Wine Country Starters,” include the Zinfandel Braised Korean Barbecue Ribs, which Barringer described as a guest favorite.\n\nOther menu highlights include a Smash Burger made with beef sourced from Florida-based Quincy Farms, as well as brick oven flatbreads served on imported Italian crusts. “The flavors of the meat are just really amazing,” Barringer told Business Debut.\n\nThe wine list will emphasize Sonoma County and Napa Valley producers. Among Barringer’s personal favorites are Priest Ranch Cabernet and Roth Cabernet, both featured on the menu.\n\nSoNapa Grille was originally founded in 2008 and has since expanded to locations in New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach and Jacksonville Beach. Barringer brings prior experience with Bennigan’s, Outback Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill before launching his own concept.\n\nHe is joined in the Daytona Beach Shores venture by business partners Chris Botting, a childhood friend, and Joe Bates. Longtime general manager Eddie Gallagher, who has been with Barringer for 16 years, is also a minority owner.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nThe team is targeting an August 15 opening. Barringer said the city has been welcoming throughout the process and expressed excitement about joining the Daytona Beach Shores community.\n\n## Hours\n\nSoNapa Grille will operate dinner-only service from 4 p.m. to 9 or 10 p.m. on weekdays and 4 p.m. to 10 or 10:30 p.m. on weekends. The restaurant will be closed on Sundays.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nLearn more at their Website. Follow on Instagram and Facebook.\n\n* * *",
