"textContent": "**DANIA BEACH, FL -** MOH Cafe is targeting a second week of March opening at 1410 S Federal Hwy, Dania Beach, FL 33004, owner Raul Vazquez told Business Debut.\n\nThe café will introduce a Portuguese-inspired specialty coffee concept to the area, blending traditional flavors with a European-style atmosphere. Vazquez said the goal is to create more than a standard coffee shop, describing MOH Cafe as “a hybrid experience” centered on quality coffee, culture and community.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nMOH Cafe will offer counter service, with guests ordering at the register before taking a seat. The space will feature approximately 30 seats between indoor seating and small front and back patios.\n\nInstead of table numbers, guests’ orders may be called out using the names of cities in Portugal, such as Lisbon or Porto.\n\nThe menu will include Portuguese desserts, traditional sandwiches, salads and smoothies, along with signature drinks. Beverage offerings will include the Lisboa Latte and Porto Mocha, the latter infused with port wine.\n\nAll baked goods and food items will be prepared in-house. Vazquez also noted the café will operate without fryer oil, using oven-style air fryers to maintain an oil-free approach.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nVazquez said the concept is designed to bring flavors not commonly found in the immediate area. “It’s not just a coffee shop,” he told Business Debut. “It’s a Portuguese specialty coffee, cultural creative energy. It’s like a space where quality coffee meets community and ambition.”\n\nAmong his favorite menu items are shrimp turnovers with a creamy filling, a Portuguese cheese sandwich, and a Toast Atlantic featuring Portuguese bread topped with smoked sardine cream, cherry tomatoes and olive oil.\n\nMOH Cafe’s coffee will be imported from Portugal.\n\nVazquez credited his friend, George Rosa, with helping shape the concept. Rosa, who is from Portugal, contributed many of the ideas behind the café’s direction and menu inspiration.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nThe team is targeting an opening in the second week of March. A soft opening is planned ahead of the official launch, with select menu offerings available as operations are finalized.\n\n## Hours\n\nInitial hours are expected to be 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., seven days a week.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nFollow on Instagram.\n\n* * *\n\n Are you a restaurant vendor?
