"textContent": "**ORLANDO, FL** — Zamboni’s, a new delivery-only Italian concept, is targeting a mid-February opening in Orlando, according to owner Miguel Munoz, who told Business Debut the kitchen is expected to begin service around mid-February. The business will operate out of 1020 W. Michigan St., Orlando, FL 32805, and will function as a commissary kitchen focused exclusively on delivery and catering.\n\nZamboni’s will not offer dine-in service or on-site ordering. All orders will be placed online or by phone and delivered directly to customers.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nThe privately owned commissary kitchen is designed for delivery and catering only, with no customer pickup available. Munoz said the business will initially focus on serving select areas of Orlando using its own delivery drivers, with plans to offer free delivery within designated zones.\n\nZamboni’s also plans to partner with third-party delivery platforms, though the initial emphasis will be on fulfilling orders directly through the company.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe menu centers on Italian comfort food, with a strong emphasis on pasta dishes. Munoz told Business Debut that offerings will include lasagna made with a traditional bolognese sauce, along with a variety of pastas served with sauces such as pesto, carbonara and alfredo.\n\nAdditional menu items will include paninis and soups. Munoz, a chef by training, said the recipes are inspired by his grandmother’s Italian cooking, and that the company plans to share some of its recipes publicly through its website.\n\n## Ownership and Background\n\nZamboni’s is Munoz’s first restaurant concept. He told Business Debut that while there are no immediate expansion plans, he hopes to eventually open a brick-and-mortar restaurant and add a food truck to serve events around the Orlando area.\n\nIn addition to regular delivery service, Zamboni’s will offer catering throughout Orlando.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\nThe business is targeting an opening very soon.\n\n## Hours\n\nZamboni’s plans to operate daily, with lunch service beginning around 11 a.m. The kitchen is expected to close between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit the website and follow Zamboni’s on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for updates, menus and recipe content.\n\n* * *\n\n Are you a restaurant vendor?
