"textContent": "**MIAMI BEACH, FL** — Sulta Rosa, an upscale French-Mediterranean inspired confection store and dessert bar, plans to open to the public around Feb. 21 at 821 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Owner Emanuel Rich told Business Debut the team will host a soft opening on Feb. 14.\n\nRich described Sulta Rosa as a neighborhood cafe and dessert destination that transitions into a wine bar in the evening, offering a sit-down dessert experience alongside grab-and-go options.\n\n## What to Expect\n\nSulta Rosa is designed as an intimate, refined space with a relaxed, high-end atmosphere. Rich told Business Debut the interior can comfortably seat about 12 guests, with additional outdoor seating for approximately 25, bringing total capacity to around 40.\n\nThe space is intended to be a welcoming stop for dates, meeting friends, or taking a pause while walking Lincoln Road. “We wanted it to feel like a place you can really sit, relax and enjoy quality time,” Rich told Business Debut.\n\n## Menu and Vision\n\nThe menu centers on scratch-made desserts and small plates crafted entirely in-house using organic and high-quality ingredients, Rich told Business Debut. Desserts are the focus, with shareable plates and comfort-driven sweets designed as the main event.\n\nMenu items include angel delight, baklava and Dubai chocolate, along with rotating and seasonal specials. Rich said some offerings will feature rare, high-end ingredients sourced from overseas, including specialty pistachios that are difficult to find in the United States. Quantities of those items will be limited.\n\nIn the evening, the dessert menu is paired with wine, beer and champagne service. The concept is intentionally not a full liquor bar, keeping the focus on desserts and wine-forward pairings.\n\n## Opening Timeline\n\n * Soft opening: Feb. 14.\n * Opening to the public: Around Feb. 21.\n\n\n\n## Hours\n\nSulta Rosa plans to operate from 10 a.m.–2 a.m.\n\n## Follow for More\n\nVisit them on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.\n\n* * *\n\n Are you a restaurant vendor?
