"textContent": "Features\n\nAdded support for Instapaper\n\nAccounts can be connected under the \"Connections\" section of user settings\nArticles can be sent to Instapaper, which will attach the RSS item's content and mark the item as read\n\nFeed discovery\n\nSimple URLs can now be used for finding feeds, as Serial supports automatic feed discovery now.\nIf multiple feeds are found, you'll have the choice to pick the one you want\n\nNebula support\n\nFeeds from Nebula can now be natively added. They will open in Nebula by default, as they can't be embedded\n\nImprovements\n\nData fetching\n\nOpening RSS items should feel snappier\nYouTube videos should load a little faster (specifically, lowering the time needed before you can play them)\nMuch more precise data loading depending on the action\nBetter support for loading large feed lists in one view, reducing the chance that certain browsers will freeze\nMany, many other tweaks\n\nUI improvements\n\nThere were a lot of loose ends with the mobile experience for dialogs – these should be resolved!\nMany, many other little things\n\nOther notes\n\nSerial now uses Tanstack Start as a base framework instead of Next.js, which better reflects the more client-side identity of the app. This was holding up new feature work a little bit, so things should be much smoother sailing going forward.\n\nIn addition, there was a lot of cleanup done to data fetching (again) – this is hopefully in the home stretch.",
