[RFC] "http-types" breakage / additions / rework

Do you mean the current major-major version? (i.e. release it as http-types-0.13.0) Or as the current major version? (i.e. release it as http-types-0.12.6)

Or either, depending on if the additions constitute a minor or major version increase?
