Looking for a parsec maintainer to assist with GHC 9.14 compatibility (is this package still actively maintained?)

As a temporary measure, a Hackage trustee should be able to edit the Cabal metadata to fix GHC 9.14 building. I don’t recall how to get in touch with them, though-- there should be plenty on this Discourse, or you could try emailing hackage-admin@haskell.org .
