Brillo 2.0 - Production ready 2D graphics

One pro of keeping smart constructors would be that rotate on his circles and arcs could be smart, and as such, could avoid the special casing in drawPicture.

Unfortunately, I tried to compile brillo, but I got an error when trying to compile freetype2. It’s out of my depth, but I was wondering if you would be willing to help.
