MicroHs is the browser is more fun now
OK, so maybe inttypes.h is rather modern. It is quite common to have, even on weird platforms.
A small correction, there is no Cabal involved, I have MicroCabal that understands enough of Cabal files to build packages for MicroHs. For me, one of the great strengths of Haskell is Hackage. I want MicroHs to be able to compile Hackage packages. That’s why I’m adding GHC features, even if I’m not a great fan of all of them.
You are not supposed to include anything from GHC to build MicroHs. It is supposed to be self contained. I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t test much on Windows, especially not on old versions of Windows.
BTW, if you want to use Hugs, why don’t you modernize its source code so we can compile it with modern compiler? The source really needs an update. I tried persuading Mark Jones to do it, but he didn’t want to.
