The time library is pretty stable at this point. Indeed 1.16 is barely different from 1.15. There should be no pressure or obligation to disclose LLM usage. It means nothing. It says nothing about code quality. There are lots of slop packages (half-baked, abandoned, badly designed, obsolete) in Hackage but that has nothing to do with LLMs. That said, I suppose I could write an AI contribution policy that simply asked contributors to check all PRs with an LLM before submitting them.
