Converge is hiring a(nother) senior software engineer

Short answer: we are experimenting with it to see how it goes. Some of the team are very against, some are very in favour. I have concerns. I suspect that we will end up somewhere with usage in certain situations in which these tools are additive, and a taboo against using them where they are deleterious. JD doesn’t say anything about LLMs for the same reason it doesn’t say much about neovim or emacs: the job is not “use an LLM”, it’s “build good software”.
