tchoutri: > Would you mind sharing your setup then? I fear that my many encounters with LLMs have only raised statistically probable code, not good code. Or maybe all your code is so great that your LLM has no choice but to produce good code? I spent a lot of time refining my setup. I treat coding agents like very smart junior software engineers: they require significant training upfront, but once properly trained, they can deliver tremendous value. I codified Haskell best practices, preferred packages for different domains, example code, guidance for common libraries like servant and hasql, and broader software architecture patterns. The effort has paid off, features that used to take me a few days now take only a few hours.
