Pure Borrow: Linear Haskell Meets Rust-Style Borrowing

@konn Thanks for the announcement! Hello! I am Yusuke Matsushita https://shiatsumat.github.io/, the lead author of the Pure Borrow paper. I love both Haskell and Rust. I learned Haskell in high school, which led me to become a PL researcher. I started my career with Rust research, but I had long wished to contribute to Haskell.
